What do I need to start weightlifting?
1. Water - You must have some source of water when you train. Water is a vital nutrient for your body!
2. Suitable Clothing -

Weightlifting shoe - For serious weightlifters, this is a crutial piece of
equipment. The weightlifting shoe has a slightly raised heel and is designed to
allow you to sit in a squat position as in the bottom of the clean and squat
portion of the snatch.
